The HBCU Campaign Fund (HCF), a minority education organization, joins millions in the global day of giving on December 3, 2024, to inspire generosity and volunteerism within the community. This year, HCF aims to raise $5,000 for its #GivingTuesday campaign. These funds will support our scholarships and programs, while also commemorating our mission work as an educational nonprofit.

#GivingTuesday is a global movement, unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and their world. #GivingTuesday will kick off the generosity season this year by inspiring people to give back on December 3 and throughout the year.

The fight to support students, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and Minority-Serving Institutions is an arduous task that cannot be accomplished alone. These programs will continue to benefit students and the institutions we serve. The scholarship funds and initiative programs are:

• Annual HBCU Football and Recruitment Tour Program
• The Brenda G. Johnson Memorial Scholarship Fund
• HCF General Scholarship Fund
• HBCU Leadership/Campus Ambassador Program

#GivingTuesday was launched in 2012 with a simple idea: to create a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past ten year, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
