Ten years ago, we launched the Annual HBCU Football and Recruitment Tour presented by the HBCU Campaign Fund with a simple but powerful vision: to use the excitement and tradition of HBCU football to connect students and families to life-changing educational opportunities and highlight the HBCU experience.

What began as a bold idea has evolved into a initiative that has traveled thousands of miles, visited iconic HBCU campuses and football classics, engaged with countless students and families, and amplified the visibility of HBCUs across this country. Along the way, we have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact HBCUs continue to have on students, communities, and our nation’s future.

As we celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Annual HBCU Football and Recruitment Tour, I am filled with gratitude of everyone who has helped to make this milestone possible. Together, we have built mor than a tour—we continue to built a movement dedicated to expanding access, opportunity, and awareness for HBCUs and the students they serve.

The importance of this work has never been greater. HBCUs continue to produce leaders, innovators, educators, entrepreneurs, scientists, public servants, and change-makers at a disproportionate rate despite often operating with fewer resources. Through this tour, we remain committed to showcasing their excellence while creating pathways for future generations to pursue higher education and achieve their dreams.

As we look toward the next decade, our vision is even greater. We aim to expand our reach, strengthen partnerships, increase scholarship opportunities, enhance recruitment efforts, and provide more resources that empower students and HBCU institutions alike. The future of HBCUs depends on all of us working together to ensure these institutions not only survive, but thrive.

I invite you to join us in celebrating this historic milestone by making a gift to support the mission of HCF and the continued success of the Annual HBCU Football and Recruitment Tour presented by the HBCU Campaign Fund. Your contribution helps to provide scholarships, educational programming, recruitment initiatives, advocacy efforts, and resources that directly benefit students, HBCUs, and MSIs.

Every gift—regardless the size—helps us continue to Campaign for Higher Education and Campaign for HBCUs.

Thank you for believing in the mission and for standing with us over the past ten years of this tour. Together, we have made a difference. Together, we will continue to create opportunities, transform lives, and strengthen the future of HBCUs for generations to come.
