Bluefield State University has announced that its Fall 2025 enrollment has reached the highest level in ten years, continuing a trend of steady growth since the COVID-19 pandemic. HCF applauds Bluefield State University on achieving this significant milestone.

BSU overall enrollment for this fall stands at 1,442 students, reflecting a nearly 10% increased compared to last year. The surge is especially pronounced among new students. First-time freshmen enrollment has jumped 43.57%, rising from 218 students in 2024 to 313 students in 2025.
